the steps to apply
Step 1
Check whether you meet the entry requirements of our courses:
- Over 18 years of age
- You will need a strong command of the English language (verbal, written and comprehension). If English is your second language you must provide evidence of an English Second Language Test (ESL) test here or an equivalent. During your video interview your English language proficiency will also be assessed by our Course Advisor.
You will need a laptop and a wheel mouse to complete our Diploma courses, you will be supplied with a kit on arrival. - Check whether you are eligible to apply for a visa into the UAE. More info here.
Step 2
To register your interest you will need to complete the form here and email it to info@thedesigners-studio.com.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been received. We will assess your application and eligibility and request a video interview to discuss this further.
Step 4
We will respond to you within 5 working days of your video interview to advise whether your application has been successful. If you have been accepted to the School you will receive a Letter of Offer.
Step 5
You will need to sign your Letter of Offer and email it back to us. At this stage you will pay a deposit of AED 10,000 on your course to secure your place. If you are unable to obtain an international visa your deposit will be 90% refunded.
Step 6
Our team will send your Confirmation of Enrolment within 5 working days of your deposit being received. We will send options on excursions etc depending on your package selection.
Step 7
Once all coordination is complete, you will receive a full itinerary of your course over the month.
