This course is for interior designers that would like to understand the processes of project management and business promoting. Topics covered include contracts, client handling, timelines and billing. Whilst we must note all companies have their own processes, when taking on a full interior design project without support, one must follow certain processes to complete a project successfully. Throughout this course templates will be given on all topics mentioned below, real project files will be shared as well as recommended suppliers.
